Our studio is located on a Cedar Falls property dating back to 1948 and it was once home to The Higby Company, a longtime local business known for machine work, welding, and hardware sales. We were honored to carry that hardworking history forward, transforming rough concrete walls into a warm and thoughtful setting for our work. Natural wood and polished concrete are layered with handcrafted tiled arches, soft neutrals, olive green accents, and tailored black details to create a space that feels grounded and elevated. It is here that our ideas take shape and collaboration flourishes.
