Designed for a growing family planning their very first new home, New Horizons began with a fresh start and a desire for room to grow. The clients envisioned a Florida-modern aesthetic with a distinct contemporary edge. Our approach centered on translating that vision into a personalized design that considered both their style and how they wanted to live. Outdoor privacy was especially important, so we designed a tucked-in, covered patio to create a more secluded setting for relaxing and enjoying time together. This thoughtful integration made their desire for privacy part of the home’s design rather than an afterthought. The renderings we completed brought the proposed spaces into view, helping the family envision their future home before construction.
