A Classic modern home designed around how the family lives. Through the beautiful arch that greets you at the entryway is the two story foyer, with it’s open staircase, wall paneling and beautiful light fixtures, setting the tone for the whole home. The main floor is dedicated to everyday living, the second floor is a kid’s retreat, while the lower level is a space for entertaining and long term guests. The client wanted a private space where guests could come and go so we added a second staircase from the lower level through the garage.
